Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting Of The Company Held Today I.E Tuesday 07Th November 2023 Pursuant to regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III to the said regulations this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday 07th November 2023 which commenced at 04:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m. has inter alia;1.
