Board Meeting Outcome for Unaudited Financial Results For The Quarter And Half Year Ended 30.09.2023 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday October 31 2023 starting at 2.30 p.m. and ended at 3.35 p.m. at the registered office of the Company has inter alia considered and approved the;a.
